AAA Miracle Service Areas Across the Lower Mainland
Finding a cleaning company is easy. Finding one that actually comes to your street, on a day that works, with the service you need, is the part that takes a few phone calls. This page shows all AAA Miracle service areas in one place, so you can find your city, see what’s available there, and book without guessing.
We’ve been cleaning homes and businesses around Metro Vancouver since 2004. Most of our work is home carpet cleaning, and that’s available in every city listed below. Pick your city to see the services, local details, and booking notes that apply to your area.

Sixteen cities, five regions
Find Your City
Our coverage runs from the North Shore to the Fraser Valley, grouped below by region so you can find your city quickly. Each city page lists the services we offer there and what to expect when our crew arrives.
Home base: our office is at 997 Seymour Street, downtown Vancouver. The further a city sits from here, the more it helps to book a few days ahead.
Vancouver and the North Shore
3 cities
This is where we’re based (our office is on Seymour Street downtown), so these cities get the widest scheduling windows.
Vancouver
Condos, character houses, and rentals across the city, with full access to every service we offer.
North Vancouver
The North Shore sees some of the heaviest rainfall in the region, so entryways, stairs, and hallway carpet take most of the wear here.
West Vancouver
Coverage includes Horseshoe Bay at the western end of the city.
Burnaby and New Westminster
2 cities
Two dense, central cities with a mix of high-rise towers and older detached homes.
Burnaby
A large share of our Burnaby visits are in high-rise and strata buildings, where elevator booking and parking are part of the plan.
New Westminster
Older homes here often have original stairs, area rugs, and furnaces that need a gentler, more careful approach.
The Tri-Cities
3 cities
Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody get the same full service list as Vancouver and Burnaby.
Coquitlam
Family homes and newer townhouse complexes, with full service availability.
Port Coquitlam
Full service availability, from carpets to furnace and duct work.
Port Moody
Beyond homes, we also clean carpet on boats and yachts moored in the harbour.
Richmond and South of the Fraser
5 cities
These cities sit south of the river, and booking a few days ahead usually gives you the most choice of time slots.
Richmond
One of our busiest areas, with a lot of condo and townhouse work.
Delta
Detached homes and family properties across the city.
Surrey
The largest city south of the Fraser, which means more variety in home sizes and layouts.
White Rock
A smaller oceanside city with a lot of condo and retirement living.
Langley
Larger homes and acreages, where room counts and stairs shape the quote.
Ridge Meadows and the Fraser Valley
3 cities
These are the furthest points we travel to, so the service list here is narrower and visits are planned around our route for the day.
Maple Ridge
Carpet, area rug, upholstery, air duct, and furnace cleaning, booked on the days our route runs east.
Pitt Meadows
The same service list as Maple Ridge, usually on the same route.
Abbotsford
The eastern edge of our coverage, with the same service list as Maple Ridge and Pitt Meadows.
Service coverage
Which Services Reach Which Cities
Carpet cleaning is available everywhere we go, but not every service makes the trip to every city. Closer to home, you can book anything from area rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning to air duct cleaning, furnace cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and fireplace cleaning. Further out, we focus on the services that make sense for the travel time.
Book a few days ahead for the best choice of times
Not sure whether a service reaches your address? A quick call settles it, and we’ll tell you honestly if it’s outside our range.
Local differences
What Changes From One City to the Next
The cleaning itself doesn’t change much between cities. What changes is the building, the weather, and the logistics around the visit, and those are worth knowing before you book.
Rain season:
From fall through spring, wet shoes and muddy paws carry grit into every home in the region. Entryways and stairs wear out first, and a cleaning before the holidays or after the rainy months usually brings back the most.
High-rises and strata buildings:
In tower-heavy areas, we'll ask about elevator booking, loading zones, and parking before the visit. Having those sorted with your building manager ahead of time saves everyone a delay.
Older homes:
Older houses often mean original furnaces, long duct runs, and narrow stairways. We check the layout before we quote so there are no surprises on the day.
Heating season:
Furnace and duct cleaning books up quickly once the weather turns cold. Booking before the first cold snap gets you the widest choice of dates.
Distance:
For the outer cities, we group visits by route. You'll still get a confirmed time, but booking a few days ahead helps.

Service area questions
Common Questions About Our Service Areas
These are the questions we hear most from people checking whether we cover their area.
Do you serve cities that aren't listed here?
Sometimes. If you’re just outside one of the cities above, call us and we’ll check whether your address fits a route we’re already running that day.
Is the service the same in every city?
The work and the standards are the same everywhere. The difference is which services are available, since some of them are only offered closer to our home base. Your city page shows exactly what applies.
Do you work in condos and strata buildings?
Yes, a lot of our work happens in high-rise and strata buildings. We’ll just need elevator and parking details before the visit.
Can you clean carpet on a boat or yacht?
Yes. We clean carpet on larger boats and yachts at harbours around the Lower Mainland, including Port Moody. Call us with the location and the size of the vessel.
Do you offer same-day service?
For carpet cleaning, often yes, depending on your location and that day’s schedule. Calling in the morning gives you the best chance.
